Lithium-Ion battery

Most supplied models of MONOBUGGY electric golf scooter have a 48 volt lithium-Ion battery. Some models are also available with a 36 volt or a 24 volt version.

The lifespan of a lithium-Ion battery is highly dependent on how it is handled. We hereby give you some tips regarding the use of your battery:

1. Read the details of your battery in the user manual

2. Make sure your tyres always have the correct pressure; the correct voltage ensures less power consumption and therefore a greater range

3. Never let your battery run out completely, but charge it before the engine fails

4. If you expect the battery to be more than 40% empty, charge it

5. If you do not use the battery for a longer period of time, recharge it in the meantime

6. When the battery is not used much, keep it in a dry place, preferably at a temperature of no less than 15 degrees Celsius

7. Charge the battery at room temperature

8. Remove the battery from the charger when it is full; this extends the life of the battery

9. Only use the supplied charger for charging
